Expiration date missing
Ordering was easy and the delivery right on time. However, as soon as I opened the package of Skinceuticals C E Ferulic I noticed that the expiration date had been neatly cut out of the box. As there is no date on the bottle label I cannot know the date and I have every reason to believe that I have paid for an expired product.

Received Wrong item
They did not send me the Elta MD Skincare: UV facial broad spectrum SPF 30+ Moisturizing facial sunscreen, for dry and post procedure skin. Instead they sent me a similar one, the Elta MD Skincare: UV facial broad spectrum SPF 35 creamy moisturization for normal to dry skin. I’ll give it 2 stars though since I did get 25% off and received it fast.

I am VERY disappointed with this order…
I am VERY disappointed with this order at how small the bottle of body wash was; I would not have bought that at that price. I would have spent the few more dollars and gotten a full size. I also don’t feel your prices and discounts were as great as I first thought they would be. I will most likely not be ordering from you again.

The only problem is communication
The only problem is communication. I have order number although there is no way to get tracking on item. Order was placed 5 days ago and still no email to show shipping date.
