i ordered 3 items of La Mer beauty…
i ordered 3 items of La Mer beauty products. i only recieved 2 of the 3. there was no invoice in the box. i emailed eCosmetics and they said all products were shipped. the box was in excellent shape. so now im out $198.45 for the missing renewal oil. do not use this compamy!!!!!! Good news ecosmetics reached out to me and were very helpful. They are sending me another renewal order. I really appreciate there professionalism and speedy response. Thank you

eCosmetics is a MUST "Go To" for online cosmetic shopping
What a wonderful experience I had shopping with eCosmetics. There customer service is exceptional - very fair & very quick response. As a licensed esthetician, I only buy through vendors or a well reviewed online company. I bought a well known expensive facial serum that bubbled over when 1st opened, resulting in losing about 1/4 of the serum on my bathroom counter. I told them of this experience & I got a very fair refund for what was lost. I am putting eCosmetics at the top of my list & highly recommend anyone to purchase from them. There prices are great & with their top notch service, they are a go to online cosmetic shopping must.
