ordered recieved that simple

I had never heard about eCosmetic before my first purchase there a month ago. They poped up when I was looking for a Wahl clipper. But after checking out their site I was very impressed with their huge selection, very reasonable prices at first. Then after first purchase I was very pleased with fast shipping, great customer service , and very nice packing . So, I recently made a second purchase . They do really good job. I think I am going to buy more there.

This is only my second time ordering with eCosmetics so hopefully this second order is as pleasant as the first one. Great selection on products, great pricing, love the free shipping on orders over I think 49$. The best surprise was on my first order how it was packaged. It was nicely wrapped and it even had a little freebie too, plus points for that.

Thanks for having the product I needed. Looking forward to receiving the package.

UPDATE: I want to update my original review. eCosmetics reached out to me quickly when I expressed concern about the packaging in a survey. Within 24 hours they contacted me by phone ( a live person!), sent me a return label to send back the original item and have sent out a new item even before receiving the other item. The customer service was excellent and I'm very pleased with the outcome. On my part, I should have contacted them first, before filling out the survey. After this experience, I won't hesitate to order from them again. Initial review: I received my order today for the Hibiscus Ultra Lift Eye Cream. I'm pleased with the delivery timing. My concern is, the actual eye cream box appeared to have been opened, and with the interior packing, the cream was not inside the additional packaging, it was folded down as opposed to the eye cream being encased in the extra cardboard with the hole in top, holding it in place. Since there was no sealing on the box, and it wasn't placed properly, it makes me wonder if this has been switched out. However, I do want to say, it's the packaging that worried me. I did have to pump the container in order to start the flow. On one hand, seems fine, on the other, the packaging left me with some doubt. Sincerely, Marsha Michaels

My shipment was significantly delayed. When I alerted customer service they refunded my shipping costs right away and stayed in touch we me, immediately replying to my emails, throughout the duration of the process. It's not whether a mistake is made but how it's dealt with. Your customer service has been outstanding, thank you!

I just received my Wahl Detailer. The packaging was the best I've ever seen. There was absolutely no wiggle room for the contents. I'm charging it now, so I can't report on the product, but I've had a corded version of the same trimmer, and loved it.
