would like an estimated ship date for my order... it hasnt shipped yet and its getting concerning. ***updated**** I am so glad that ECosmetics has a team who immediately replies. The status 'in shipping' means it is getting ready to ship and may be coming from one of our facilities, as we have multiple located throughout the U.S. Once it has successfully shipped the status will show 'completed.’ Our goal is to have the products out to you within 3-8 business days. Your order was placed on Monday, January 3rd and is expected to ship early next week. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.
