Ecosmetics has world class customer service! I had never purchased from them before so I was a bit weary of course, as I typically am with any new business. Unfortunately, there was a hiccup on FedEx’s end with my package (no fault of eCosmetics). eCosmetics worked quickly and diligently to help me and find a solution for me. Their responsiveness is no joke, the team would literally respond to my messages sometimes in 20 minutes!
