Ashley in customer care was phenomenal at responding to an urgent and immediate request of mine. After placing a large order, I had a family emergency and had to leave town and needed to change my ship to address on my in process order. I emailed customer service on labor day weekend and within hours received a favorable response that the team was on it and the request in process. By the next day Ashley not only followed up with status but confirmed order had been successfully diverted to new address and would arrive to my new location. I have never received such timely response from an online company's email support system such as this nor personalized. It usually takes days not hours and is typically automated not personalized nor a live person! Kudos to eCosmetics and Ashley for making my first experience with them so remarkable. I am a lifetime customer now and I encourage everyone to try them at least once. I originally tried them after reading their reviews for product authenticity and seeing a coupon code beating pricing on my Aveda hair product from all other competitors. Great price & quick delivery!

I placed my product order on line with the reluctant guidance of a sales representative. I usually order by phone. I asked for the Labor Day 25% discount, but I was discouraged because it was complicated for me to navigate on my own.. After some thought, I decided to use the 'chat' option to request the discount. The person who helped me was patient and considerate. I would like to point out that I am not a new customer. I have ordered from e Cosmetics many times in the past. Unfortunately, I am not computer savvy. My thanks goes out to the 'chat' person who went the extra mile to help me resolve my dilemma and make things right for me..

I had no idea that this company existed until I was doing a Google search for a specific product. On April 23, 2022, I placed an order for three items that I had difficulty finding elsewhere. The prices were reasonable. Shipping for me was free and the items arrived exactly as described within 5 business days. Now, I want to be very clear on a couple of items: this isn’t Sephora or Ulta (and I mean that in a positive way). 1. You’re going to find brands/products that may have recently been discontinued but are not expired and if you’re a diehard fan of one of these types of products, you’re going to find that this website/business offers a very fair price on the item versus the jacked up prices you might find by resellers on various platforms. 2. You’ll find current cosmetics but they don’t necessarily have the full line of any brand. For me, I’m not bothered at all by this as this site (for me) is about specifically locating treasures and surprises and feeling comfortable knowing that I will receive what I purchased - as described - and in a timely manner. The only feedback I have for the site is that it would be great if they could add more photos to each additional listing.
