Items arrived damaged and not useable
The items must have exploded during shipping because it looked that way when I opened the box. Let me know where to send a picture and I will do that. Please let me know how to get a refund.

Never received my order
I was told my order was delivered but still haven't received it. I sent an email to the company and they told me it would be delivered yesterday but still no package. I'll wait a couple more days and if it still doesn't arrive I will ask for a refund.

Horrible service
Wow, just wow. I purchased quite an expensive item here. I have since purchased items from 3 other fragrance sellers AFTER my purchase with ecosmetics. All of them have arrived. eCosmetics, has not even shipped out the order yet. Almost a week since ordering and you havent even shipped out the order yet? Thats horrible in this day and age. You act as if you are careless about your customers' time. I definitely wont be spending another dime with this company. I see that Im not the only one here having issues. Keep emailing them only to get no information, just the same copy and pasted response. Horrible service!

Necesito por favor la devolución de mi dinero I put 1 star because I can not put less, They just charged me 100 dollars, I get an error on the website while they made the payment in the bank 3 times.
