My experience was great because I couldn’t make the coupon code work even though it said sitewide 25% off. A very courteous and helpful young woman patiently looked into my order and explained the problem. I didn’t feel like my question was resented and then she did a one time exception for me on my purchase. That was a generous resolution to my problem.
