I am still awaiting delivery of my order but made the purchse at ecosmetics because of the discount. The site does not always have the products I want in stock but when they do, I purchase from them.

When I received my eye cream the pump/ was not screwed in well. The cream leaked out some. It's rather expensive to loose the cream. Update: The company has gone about and beyond to rectify this situation. The bottle may be defective or not heat tolerant. They replaced the original bottle of eye cream. On second delivery sone of the cream leaked but i feel it was temperature related. They wrap the box really well inside. I'm not sure they can control how the product reacts to heat. I will try again in the winter when I run out. Thank you again.
