Excellent Customer Service!
I had an issue with my very first order with a discount not being applied. I emailed customer service and they were so gracious and even corrected the issue, followed up by another 25% off coupon. Excellent customer service! Wish ALL companies treated their customers like this. Keep up the great work!

Happy with ECosmetics and their live Customer Service
I get my products on time and they arrive in great condition and I received the same quality of products with a lesser price with my subscriptions. They have live customer service representatives, which are always appreciate and they are very helpful.
