eCosmetics.comReviews of ecosmetics.com

My first purchase from this site and I'm glad I took a chance on buying from a place I'd never shopped before. The Philosophy Falling in Love whipped body cream was half price and it arrived just a few days after I ordered it. My only issue is the body cream ( which I've used for years) seems to be a slightly different consistency...a little thinner than normal...but perhaps that occured in shipping...idk. The scent is awesome...a soft jasmine fragrance that I love. So..overall my first purchase from this site has been very positive and I'm sure I will shop this site again.

I would have given Ecosmetis 5 stars for promptness of processing my orders except, I received my orders wrong. The mistake could have been on my part that I didn't double check what I ordered since the container looked exactly the same. Neertheless, I placed another order and hopefully, the right product will come through. A lot of online orders are offering free S&H and I was hoping that ecosmetics will do the same and maybe a lot more people will order here than other sites. Just my suggestion. Thank you

I was very pleased with my shopping experience. I found what I needed with no problem. I didn’t give 5 stars because the products I viewed didn’t have product descriptions and I wanted more info on some of them. I have already received email that my order has shipped and I just placed my order today. I love fast service!

I am so happy with this cheap places, reliable. But some agent attitude so horrible. My credit card was too protective so I need somebody to place order. she was so rude & harassing me ( keep asking my address even simple obvious no. only, repeating almost 10 times ) WOW ! I never experienced like this, so insulting so I hung up. I deal with amazon order many times. Never amazon agent act like this. she need more trainning to be nice.

The website was a bit confusing to place order. Online help was quick and able to solve problem quickly.

I paid for express ship and it took 5 days

Ordering was easy, the product was in excellent condition & shipped pretty fast, but the price (including shipping) was a little steep.

Easy to find product and order it, but had some difficulty with placing the order. I finally got a confirmation page that told me that the order had gone through.
