I received an email about a product I had been looking for and that I could save money if I went to their website. Went to website and thought I had ordered correctly, but something was wrong. I looked up phone # of customer support and called. The rep lead me through the process of re-ordering. She helped me so much and stayed with me until we knew the order was received by eCosmetics. I want to thank this customer support Rep for all the help and assistance she gave me.

Ease of the website

Process very simple, ordered on Saturday, arrived by mail on Wednesday. Very impressed ! Now to see if it works. Have been using it today is 11/8, no change at all in tags. Doesn't work.

Great sale and free shipping! Hooray! Also, speedy fulfillment!
