The perfume I received was a fake

Worst company to deal with on orders never received
I purchased several items from eCosmetics and still hadn't received the order 3 weeks later. I had to reach out to customer service 4 different times to get this issue resolved. They finally offered a refund/replacement on the lost items. This company does not care about customer service and are not reasonable. Do not waste your time on this site, plenty of other businesses that value their repeat customers.

Good prices, bad shipping
While I appreciate the discounted prices, the transparency about availability and inability to provide shipment updates because the items are “still in transit to our warehouse” and will be there “shortly” is frustrating. Even sites such as jomashop communicate shipping updates when their stock is in “warehouse”. Please don’t remind me of your “2-8 day policy”, it simply sounds condescending every time I enquire to be reminded of this fact. Advertise your shipping practices appropriately and communicate if you’re having issues locating product in your warehouse. If you were transparent I would understand. As a first time buyer, I would not recommend using this site. Similar to your “2-8 day goal” of having products in hand to consumer my goal will be to honest about my experience. This ain’t it.

You sold me 3 jars of Keracare…
You sold me 3 jars of Keracare overnight moisturizer and it is not the original product in those jars the jars are usually covered with a seal the product is watery and not the usual color it has a loud smell to it I put some in my hair and had a reaction to it and I have used this product many times I would like to return this whatever it is a I request a full refund
