A good deal
I think the 20% discount was a fairly good deal. More than any other websites offer at this time. To add to this review - was surprised that I received my order (eyebrow make up) within just a few days. Was afraid it may've been too dark but is just right + glad I won't need to exchange or return it!

Hailee great customer service
I placed an order, and the order was shipped accordingly, except UPS made some delivery errors. I reached out via. E-mail on either a Sat or Sunday, and Hailee returned my e-mail and reached out over the phone to ensure she would assist in resolving my order. She was professional and was straightforward about the process in which they handle the situation. Once the investigation process was over, my issue was resolved with hours. It was unfortunate about the delivery but the customer service was excellent. Because of that, I will be placing more orders with eCosmetic in the future.

Easy to find products but mostly out of stock Please replenish you’re stock ( Peter Thomas Roth face wash & Kerastase hair masks) and be quicker on sending the products to costumers

Great Product & Service, But Too Much Packaging!
Great product, quick shipping, good price, but the packaging was superfluous…I ordered an eyebrow pencil and it was packaged in a box big enough to hold 100 eye pencils, with lots of bubble wrap. Very wasteful. A small envelope mailer would have been more appropriate.

Product was reasonably priced
Product was reasonably priced. My order was processed very quickly, and product arrived very quickly. I would have gladly given 5 stars, if not for the amount packaging. Box was too big, way to much bubble wrap. And the pink tissue paper wad pretty, but not necessary.
