2 of the 7 items have been used and missing a shadow stick inside tube. Update*** 4:23pm Customer rep reached out to me very quickly and they informed me they will be sending out replacements. Service was prompt and the customer rep took the matter seriously. They are wonderful when it comes to returns and ensuring customers’ issues are handled well.
