I ordered form cosmetics for the first…
I ordered form cosmetics for the first time recently. There is a product I wanted that I could only find on this site, so I decided to give it a try. Since I received 25% off for my first order, I tagged on some hair care products I love as well. First of all, I double checked the prices for the hair care products (Innersense) on the Innersense site as well as cosmetics and I was getting a good deal. So that is a plus! The products arrived and the top was loose on one of the Innersense products so there was some leakage. Not a ton, but a coating of product on each item in the box. I rinsed off the bottles and sent an email o customer service just to let them know-not to complain. After all, I only lost a touch bit of the product due to leakage. They emailed me back WITHIN MINUTES!!! They wanted to look into this further, stated this is not acceptable for them, and wanted to give me a credit for a future order. Very impressive!!! They (Rose) were so friendly and emailed a couple of times back and forth to let me know that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Anyways, I am very impressed with the customer service. This is not a random wholesale website based halfway around the globe. They really seem to care
