Very easy to set up and order quickly
Very easy to set up and order quickly. But the best part of the experience is that the product was much less expensive than from other comparable websites.

Great prices-findable products…
I use Southys face cream in winter months but it’s getting increasingly more difficult to find online. I Could find products easily through website search engine. Correspondence about purchase(s) were clear as well as quick turn around (within a day) about shipping products.

When customer support goes beyond the distance
My entire experience was an A+ because of the nicest woman in customer support helping me, Bianca. She was accommodating, resourceful, and a very good listener. I couldn't find some moisturizer I'd seen a few days before, and she learned it was a glitch on the website, had it fixed, and thus made it possible for me to complete my purchase. She went beyond what was needed, and that made the entire process easy. And yes, I now have ordered the moisturizer.
