Pros: good prices with discount coupon, good packing, good selection, free gift Con: incorrectly stated that I had free shipping in the invoice box. Right below the incorrect statement, there was a $9 shipping charge for the final total. Wasted time having to chat to find out that there is no free shipping to Hawaii even though it says I had earned free shipping in the invoice. Also wasted time trying to earn free shipping with a minimum amount of orders.

Customer Service representative
Customer Service representatives were quick to investigate the delivery of my order. Upon communication I discovered that my order was delivered to a secure locker box instead of my mail box. i was able to retrieve my order.

Good discount promotions & Easy Ordering
Good discount promotions, easy ordering, and quick shipping. Product choices, at least those which I use can be limited (ex: colors) or out of stock but worth checking eCosmetics before other online or local brick and mortar retailers.

I just discovered this company and I love that it has so much to offer in one place! I live in a small town with no where to shop really. But they have all my favorite brands and products! Very convenient and affordable!
