Shipping was slow
Shipping was slow, partly due to USPS and the insured fulfilling the order timely. However, the package finally arrived. If they had fulfilled the order quickly and then USPS had done their job, they would’ve gotten five stars. I would order from ecosmetics again but would anticipate that it would take two weeks to get whatever you order.

Advertised promotion such as 20% off does not include all items but does not indicate. Overall great service.

I got what I ordered
I got what I ordered. Found it easily on the website. Shipping took a little longer than I expected but it was packaged well and was sent the correct items
