I purchased an Ilios Ring Mirror a little over two months ago, and I was initially impressed with the price—it was significantly less than other sites for the exact same item. However, I encountered an issue when the light began flashing like a strobe, which I couldn’t seem to fix on my own. I emailed customer service late at night, and to my surprise, I received a response almost immediately. Bianca, who assisted me, made the whole process incredibly smooth. She took the extra step of reaching out directly to the company, even though the return policy had already expired. Thanks to her efforts, Ilios is sending me a replacement mirror! I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service and the way Bianca went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved.
