To clarify, we use USPS, UPS, and FedEx as our primary shipping carriers. However, due to the way our system is set up, we're unable to determine the exact shipping carrier or date at the time of your order. Our company goal is to have your order shipped within 2–8 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information, which includes the carrier name and link to tracking updates. This will allow you to check the status and whereabouts of your package directly.  If you have any further questions or concerns, our customer care representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST and on weekends from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST.
