Great but please- pictures and more info on makeup!
The only problems I have with eCosmetics are: their need to put complete pictures of their items up! If I click on a makeup item’s picture, I’d like to see the color, not the closed case, especially when that is the only photo! They also need to post descriptions /ingredients! But if you don’t mind opening a new tab and finding pictures/info of your items elsewhere, or you are ordering something you already know you love, they have great products at great prices. Good place to find things that might have disappeared from other sites. Great customer service too.

Ecosmetics has the best prices
Happy that ecosmetics has the products I like and prices that are unbeatable. Only downside is shipping took a little long.

Fast delivery (I think)
Seems easy to navigate. I’ve had an email to say my item has shipped, so if I receive it in the next couple of days I will be very impressed at the company’s service also.

The website worked well, except one content-related detail
The website worked very well, easily and smoothly. The only room for improvement is related to content: somehow flagging the brands of products excluded from promotions would be quite helpful, so that users would know before placing them in their carts that they were not included in promotions, saving them time and energy.

Good value for products
I had an issue with an order going missing upon delivery. The steps needed to rectify with the company to get a replacement or refund were extremely frustrating. In the end, my issue was resolved. I will state that my 1st order with the company had no issues and I was happy with my purchase. There was a great sale for the products I wanted and were cheaper than other shops.

It’s possible the emails may have been filtered into your spam or promotional folders, so we recommend checking those as well. Your original order was placed under the "Auto-Renew" option to be renewed automatically every 4 months. Subscriptions can be adjusted and cancelled directly from your eCosmetics account if needed. Your subscription has since been successfully cancelled, stopping any future renewal orders. One of our representatives has contacted you to assist further and resolve this as quickly as possible.
