Communication was great, in that I was able to receive a prompt reply, but not sure how the rest is. I ordered a fragrance a week ago that still hadn’t shipped out, and when I asked to cancel order since it was a gift, they did so quickly. Wish product didn’t take so long to ship out tho, I hesitate to ever take a chance and order from them again.

Simply put, one of the shampoo bottles FULLY leaked out and arrived empty. So i paid for 2 bottles and received one. not to mention the mess and troubles wiping down the full bottle. The bottle did not open in transit obviously. it was sent not sealed closed. The pits

The page is quite good and some products (not all) have a good discount but I doubt the authenticity of them. The last purchase I made of LA MER products, specifically The Eye Balm Intense Eye Cream, came with an internal packaging that does not correspond to the brand. La Mer is a very demanding brand with its products and it´s impossible for an original product of this brand to come with an internal packaging that does not match the design of the brand and of poor quality

Hi! The only complaint I have is the delivery time which may be out of your control. Other than that everything was fine.

Great original products. Ordered Byredo perfumes. Great deals. Shipping is horrible though. Takes forever to get to you and date of delivery constantly changes.

I purchased RapidLash Eyebrow Enhancing Serum in July 2021. It has an expiration date of October 2021. That is only good for 4 months. I would send back but am all out of this product. The eCosmetics product price was less expensive than Ulta Beauty retail. You get what you pay for.

Got my products fairly quick and all were sealed. The box had a really strong odor when opening though and the coupon I received with my purchase apparently "doesnt exist" anymore. It said expires after 7 days but doesnt have a date, and I literally tried to use it within 2 hours of receiving my package. Other than that. My order was fine.

So far I'd say 3 stars for the great discount and fast shipping. But you lost 2 stars for using USPS for shipping, so I won't likely won't see it for weeks. And I can't rate anything based on a package I haven't received yet.
