First purchase with eCosmetics!
I just ordered from eCosmetics for the first time last night. The site is easy to navigate with many prices lower than other companies. Best of all, when I woke up this morning, I saw my purchase had already shipped! So far, I am a very happy new customer!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Made a mistake on an order, and the cream is costly... However, called their customer service department, and talk about being thorough and efficient... One call, directly to live person, 2 minutes, and problem solved... Never, ever, have I had that experience, especially nowadays with automated systems... I would definitely order products from them... 5* Customer Service...

Awesome econcierge service!
I've only ordered from ecosmetics once, and I used their "econcierge" service. There was a Babor product that I love and always use that just recently got discontinued/rebranded. Ecosmetics was out of it, like most everyone else, due to this. But I decided to try their econcierge service which offered to locate one for me even tho they were out. I was pleasantly surprised when a couple weeks later (they said it would be 2-3 weeks) I got an email saying it had shipped. Just a few days later a legit, brand new Babor face cream showed up! I was so freaking happy and I am so grateful for them offering this service! Just for that, I will definitely use them again. And I definitely recommend the econcierge for items you can't find otherwise!!
