Items came very quickly and prices were inline with higher end cosmetic stores BUT the 3 products I purchased were ALL INCORRECT. Close to what I order but NOT what I wanted. I ordered 2, face tanning lotions and it came in the BODY lotion. The third purchase was also a face lotion that I loved, especially loved the scent. I was sent the ‘unscented’ version. I’m going to keep these and not bother with returning for now. Don’t know if I would give the business another try. Probably try my luck elsewhere.

Hi, I just received my order of Orbie shampoo and conditioner - Your shipment was timely and order correct, however the shampoo leaked out, the top was loose, box that it was enclosed in soaked with shampoo and difficult to remove because the cardboard was wet, sticky and soaked with shampoo and loss of product as well. E Cosemetics reached out to me to rectify this manner and apologized for the leakage that occurred during shipment. The manner was resolved and a satisfactory resolution was reached with a partial refund for the leaked shampoo and inconvenience. Very slow to ship. Still haven't received my order.

I had a problem with an order they quickly responded and credited me and to me not trouble myself returning the item I received . Very good customer service

You show it shipped 2/22...so far 2/28...I have not received it...

I ordered for the first time last Thursday. I chose expedited shipping, for which they charge an extra $10.95. I ship items myself- to me, expedited shipping means Priority Shipping then, if they're using USPS. They're purposely vague about what expedited actually means. It might just mean they get off their behind faster to move it along. Because I needed my items actually expedited and needed them here by today, Tuesday. It would’ve been great if they got here Monday but today would’ve been fine if they had actually gotten here. Had they sent all three items in one box, USPS Priority, they may have been. Unfortunately, they sent three very small items in two different boxes. Instead, they charged me $10.95 and sent them USPS 1st Class. So, be warned- your expedited shipping isn't actually sent any other way but normally shipped. They just may get to it a little faster than they normally world. I have the receipt from my post office to prove it was sent 1st Class. I don't know what it cost to send a 2.5"x1.5" item in a box 12x8x8 but that shouldn't have been my problem. When I called to express my dismay and inquire where my other two products were, the rep told me in another box "at my local post office" and that she'd send me the tracking number via email. I tore out of my house to the post office. Only the email still wasn't in my inbox when I arrived at the post office. I waited. I finally got it, only to see the box is about 15 minutes away in another "local" town post office. And it was too late for what I needed these items for today to start a wild goose chase. They did refund me for my expedited shipping charge, but I'm annoyed that I paid it in the first place when they only were sending it 1st class anyway. I don't find this to be reputable at all. I only ordered from here because of the expedited shipping. You may not think cosmetics would be of the utmost importance, but when you have a kid with a severe facial issue that needs to be covered up for a school event, it's paramount.

E-cosmetic split my order. Glitches in their system. Super-delayed delivery. Bad customer service. Too many calls to get your money refunded!!! And they blame the carrier when they shipped late. DON’T BY FROM THIS MERCHANT

Your website was difficult to log into. Checkout process froze at last step so my card was charged but the order not completed or shipped. Had to do it again next day and card was charged a second time. Should not be charging my card until order is finalized. The entire website is clunky and needs updating. Way to many emails related to order and then the marketing deluge starts. Have to unsubscribe after every order.
