We have been using Eco Shield for over a year now. The company has always responded when needed. Kalvin Stern recently came out for service and found an issue we need to resolve with our soffit, so no rodents get into our home. We are pleased with our service thus far.

Follow-up service for centipedes and spiders. Polite, courteous, and informative! Good way to start a Saturday morning!! Appreciative, John C. - Rochester Hills

Cliff did a great job recommending and implementing some additional protection on my existing account. Have been very pleased with this operation. They come once every two months. I had rare occasional issues with insects/rodents, but now see little to no insect/rodent activity since I began using them.

Salesman came out unannounced. Nice guy so we listened. Made numerous promises. Remove bird nest, control rodents, remove insect nest, apply insect control. We were sold. Techs came out and performed their standard service of applying insect control and removing some spider nests. Within 6 months our home was a disaster. We live on the water and the spiders quickly took over. Calls to the company are a joke. We cancelled and went back to previous service. Now we get endless calls for $150 cancellation fee. What a joke of a company. Do not use. Poor.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT'S A SCAM! THEIR PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK! THEY TELL YOU LIES TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP AND TRY TO BILL YOU WHEN THEY HAVENT BEEN OUT. THEY PREY ON SENIOR CITIZENS. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT EVEN WITH A CANCELLATION LETTER. THEY THREATEN YOU WITH A CANCELLATION FEE HOWEVER YOU ARE TOLD THERE IS NONE TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP. THEIR 4 BILLABLE SERVICES TURN INTO 5. THEIR TECHNICIAN HID BEHIND MY BOYFRIEND WHEN HE SHOWED HIM THE HORNETS NEST IN OUT BACK YARD. WE HAVE A 6 FOOT LOCKED GATE PLUS MY BOYFRIEND WAS HOME ALL DAY HOWEVER THEY TRIED TO LIE AND SAY THEY CAME OUT PLUS I SENT THEM A CANCELLATION E MAIL THE DAY BEFORE. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH SO MANY COMPLAINTS THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

I would give a zero if I could. Their product does not work and their service is worse. They treated my home, I called back a few days later because the spiders and wasp were still on the house. They care back out and re-treated, two days later the wasp were back. I took pictures of the new nest and have sent 8 emails regarding the matter and no return. Their customer service is worse than their product. Now they want me to pay for the service for cancellation and have the audacity to include tax on a service that was never rendered. So not use these people, total scam!
