We hired Eco Shield and we where told that we would be billed quarterly at 216 dollars, well in two months we have been billed three times. We called to find out the reason and they told us those where extra services that we did not ask for and the sales person told us we would be able to cancel at any time and they told us we have to pay a $ 201 cancelation fee. this is by far the worst company ever.....

Horrible company. I moved to a new house and tried to cancel my membership after two years of being a customer. All the customer support people have Indian accents and they try to sell you on supposed "Discounts". They refused to process my cancellation request and then immediately sent me an invoice for $300 even though I never received the service. They are scammers! Do not use them. They will make it impossible for you to modify your subscription. Avoid avoid avoid!

These are the worst most scam oriented people out there. Do not get involved with this company.

Do not hire this company. Empty promises and everything is EXTRA...including black ants outside!! They wanted to charge us 1,200 extra plus 200 every year after. I called competitors and they all include any kind of ant, black, sugar etc. and they are much cheaper!!

Predatory sales tactics. Period. Don't do it. They sprayed my property without my consent, I said thanks and told them to hit the road.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! They come to your door claiming they were at your neighbor's house and have extra product on the truck that they are getting rid of for cheap. What they DON'T inform you of is that you are receiving the cheap product only for signing up for a certain contract period that you must complete. Even though they TELL you that you can cancel at anytime. Should you attempt to cancel services at any time, their fine print indicates you owe the discounts they provided back to them. What a JOKE! Their product DOES NOT WORK!!! By the time you realize this you've already overpaid for their service only to have them charge you a FEE upon cancellation. If you want to THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY, allow EcoShield to do a job for you. When you try to reach customer service, or better yet, a manager to deal with your issues, you are transferred to an OVERSEAS call center where they barely speak English and will do everything under the sun to sell you more of their products and services that DO NOT WORK for an even better price. SAVE YOUR MONEY! They do not provide any US based Customer Service or Corporate phone numbers. THIS COMPANY IS A FARCE!!! DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!! I'm confidant that all their reviews are the millions of overseas workers they hire for pennies to listen to irate customers.

Absolutely horrible predatory business practices! Stated that there wasn't a contract and then when we went to cancel ( at 1 month shy of a year) they said oh yes there was and we signed it electronically. want to charge $180 to cancel saying it was part of the special we got in the beginning that we owed. Pest service was severely lacking and they are far more over priced than the competitors in the community .Customer service was of zero help!

This is the worst pest company I have ever had. They told me they would complete the fist treatment and come back out with taller ladder to remove the wasp nest at the top off my peaks. After two weeks I called them to correct they came out and only removed one of the three. I contacted my sales representative and he told me they have longer poles on order but that’s what they didn’t commit to breach of contract. They then wanted to set up second service but they never finished the first. When you call them plan on sending hours on the phone. My recommendation is use someone else’s. Thanks Todd Sheffield Utah
