I ordered some pens through this…
I ordered some pens through this incompetent company months ago. Made a complaint and nothing was done. Now they have the audacity to to send me canned messages months later to check with my neighbors. The package was supposed to be delivered to a box at a UPS store. This company is now trying to clean up their negative reviews but don’t try to resolve the matter. Avoid this company like the plague. BBB gave them an “F” grade.
