This is a great scooter! It folds down really easy and is really light weight so it’s easy to get in and out of my car. I love it! But, the absolute best thing is the customer service I received. The Company are refusing to refund the VAT, as I’m registered disabled I am VAT exempt when buying disability products. Despite several Emails they are still refusing a refund
