I ordered a scooter from Ecomobi via Amazon and when it arrived it was far too heavy for my elderly Mum to put in her car boot. At first the company were very good and agreed to a refund so we could order a lightweight version from them. I then received various messages from them via Amazon offering me discounts of increasing amounts if we were to keep the scooter. I declined as there is no way Mum could lift it. They then agreed to collect the scooter free of charge and arranged a day and collection time and said they would send a returns label. I did not receive the label despite chasing on a daily basis at which point they stopped replying to my messages. Collection day came and no one arrived to collect! Absolutely disgusting service and we are now left with a £700 scooter she cannot use!! I finally found a telephone number yesterday and actually spoke to someone who said they would chase this up, and again no further communication. Avoid this company at all costs! UPDATE: COURIER TURNED UP HOURS LATER THAN AGREED TO COLLECT BUT AS WE HAD NO RETURN LABEL THEY COULD NOT TAKE!

I purchased two of your scooters and neither of them work. What is worse than the scooters is your useless customer service. I’m still waiting for shipping labels.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY. I bought the Ecomobi MS02F ultra Auto-folding mobility scooter, through Amazon for £999.99. Three days after receiving the scooter, it would not fold back down. I was out shopping, so could not get it back into my car to go home. After paying someone £40 to collect me to get the scooter home, then take me back to collect my car, I tried to contact Ecomobi. All the contact details on the instruction s are only for America, I live in the UK, so had no one to help me. I contacted Amazon, who sent an email to the supplier. The supplier contacted me and ask what the problem was. I told them what happened, there response was to offer send me the part the thought was the problem (without even seeing the scooter) and £100 towards the repair. I was totally disgusted with the response, and refused and said I wish to send it back for a full refund. I started the refund claim with Amazon, who approved the return and sent me a return label. Because the scooter would not fold (can not do it manually), I could not send it back in its original packaging. Amazon contacted the supplier again for help with the return. Ecomobi paid £200 (which I did not ask for, it was just a dirty trick) for inconvenience and upset (this closed the refund request, as it looked like asked for it). I contacted Amazon to let them know what had happened. They told me because I have received £200 the return was closed. When Amazon looked back at the emails between me and Ecomobi, they could see what they had done, and reopened my refund request for a full refund. For two weeks Ecomobi tried delaying my return. Finally Amazon told me just to package the scooter myself and pay for the return, and once collected to send them proof of postage, they would refund me the postage (which they did). When Ecomobi sent me my refund, they took of the £200 (so obviously was not for my inconvenience, but just to stop the refund claim). I honestly think that if it wasn't for the fact that I bought the scooter through Amazon, I would have never received a refund. Unfortunately I had to give one star, because you can not give a minus. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS FIRST, AND ONLY BUY THROUGH AMAZON.

I'm begging anyone who is thinking about spending their money on this product to listen to me. Ask yourself if you have ever owned a car that did not eventually need a tire changed. Well please just try and purchase a wheel it's self first, and when you find that you can't get one then why would you purchase something that you can't get replaced parts for. Mine came with a broken wheel, brand new, and I've been trying to get the problem resolved for the past six months with no resolve. So please take my advice and just try to buy a part for it before you spend your money on the product. I personally would not buy a tricycle from this company.

Do not buy from this company, the customer service is terrible. I bought a scooter from them in April, and have not been able to use it because the right front wheel keeps coming off. I have been given nothing but the run around from them. I bought it though Amazon, that made it even more difficult to contact them. It is now June and still cannot use my scooter.

I suggest you do not buy from this company. I bought a $1500 scooter back in November by the end of December. The display stopped working then the battery even if the key is out beep nonstop and I was afraid it was gonna catch on fire in my car so I called to complain and after weeks of emails and weeks of complaining the end of April, they agreed to send me another one. I had that one three weeks and it doesn’t work. The battery will not charge. The display never worked as soon as I got the new one. The display never worked, but I wasn’t gonna call and complain. I was just grateful that they sent a working scooter, but it only lasted three weeks. So now I have a new scooter that I can’t even use. I tried to get them to send me a new battery. The first person said they would then they sent me a text telling me that the battery cost too much and I would have to pay for it. I went crazy, but if I don’t have a battery, I can’t use a scooter so it’s crazy not to have a battery so now they sent me a notice. Tell me they would reimburse me $70 if I paid $200 for the battery I went crazy again and now they’re saying they will reimburse me $100 but I have to buy the $200 battery first and pay for shipping which would be probably $100. Who knows at this point. I just don’t think that’s good. Business practice are very ethical for this company to make somebody that has a scooter less than a year for the first one not to work and now for the second one for three weeks and it did not work. This company needs to do better.

ell a product instead of junk I bought one and it only stayed charged for 10 minutes so I called them and they said tough luck so I wrote an honest review about what a sorry product it was as they would not make it good. Then I received an email from them and they said if I would delete the review they would send me another piece of junk now the battery is bad on this one. I didn't know at the time they only sold junk. please be aware that the MS02 IS JUNK
