I recently purchased an Ecomobi MS2 scooter, it's a fantastic purchase and gets me out and about which is all I can wish for. The product arrived assembled and ready to roll. It's very easy to charge and to split down into its three sections for taking into the car and getting you mobile wherever. I wholeheartedly endorse this product and would recommend it without any hesitation. Thank you, John Davies.

Starting with delivery of my MS 02 Max. I have never received anything so well packed from the metal frame to very heavy cardboard. Had to contact customer service several times and questions resolved quickly. Special thanks to Janier for her help. Have used for shopping and restaurants. Operates perfectly and looks great

The scooter is excellent quality, easy to ride and folds so that it easily fits in the boot of the car. It was exactly what we were looking for. Customer service was also very good, with helpful advice.

I was having some battery issues with the two scooters that I purchased and Grace helped me come to a resolution quickly. I really appreciate the great customer service. She went above and beyond. Thank you so very much.

10 out of 10 for customer service. Had trouble with my scooter not folding up. After customer service guided me through what to do but nothing worked, I was sent out a new replacement scooter. Seems to be working fine but not been out on it yet. Thank-you so much.

I ordered a scooter from Ecomobi via Amazon and when it arrived it was far too heavy for my elderly Mum to put in her car boot. At first the company were very good and agreed to a refund so we could order a lightweight version from them. I then received various messages from them via Amazon offering me discounts of increasing amounts if we were to keep the scooter. I declined as there is no way Mum could lift it. They then agreed to collect the scooter free of charge and arranged a day and collection time and said they would send a returns label. I did not receive the label despite chasing on a daily basis at which point they stopped replying to my messages. Collection day came and no one arrived to collect! Absolutely disgusting service and we are now left with a £700 scooter she cannot use!! I finally found a telephone number yesterday and actually spoke to someone who said they would chase this up, and again no further communication. Avoid this company at all costs! UPDATE: COURIER TURNED UP HOURS LATER THAN AGREED TO COLLECT BUT AS WE HAD NO RETURN LABEL THEY COULD NOT TAKE!
