Ecommerce TemplatesReviews of ecommercetemplates.com

I've used Ecommercetemplates for at least 8 years. I've compared the cart to others such as WooCommerce. ECT is a far greater value and comes with a complete set resources for both the customer presentation and the order managment panel. Support is ALWAYS top-notch. In these 8 years, the support team responds promptly, accurately, and professionally. I've started with a Dreamweaver template, and have upgraded and added the Responsive templates and the WordPress templates. All platforms are exceptional. I do not hesitate to recommend Andy, Vince, Sinbad, and the rest of the team at Ecommercetemplates.

The ingredient to achieve excellence for any company is excellent product, and excellent service & support, and I have found it all with Ecommercetemplates. I have been using Ecommercetemplates for over 6 years without a hiccup, and I find it very easy to use with great features and functionality that are essential for my business. I have gone through many security and feature updates, which makes me feel confident about the backend of the shopping cart, and take advantage of the new features provided with each update. Recently I had to upgrade my shopping cart template to a responsive design so it will work well with mobile devices, as mandated by Google. The support I have received from the Ecommercetemplate team is bar none. They went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate any request made in a very timely manner, and without any hesitation. Answering questions is one thing, but being proactive with recommendation and suggestion for a successful transition is beyond just a good service, you know they take pride in what they do. Running a successful business takes a lot of time and effort. I'm happy to say that my shopping cart maintenance and daily operation does not require a whole lot of time. I would recommend Ecommercetemplate without hesitation to anyone who wants things to just work, without spending endless hours to make it right.

We have been using Ecommerce Templates since 2003 and have seen many new features added over the years allowing our online business to compete with the bigger stores. The support from the ECT team is fantastic going above and beyond making it a first class company. I would and do recommence Ecommerce Templates to anyone looking for a shopping cart for their site. Sincerely, African Bookstore

I started using Ecommercetemplates after several disappointments with other shopping cart software. Some carts looked nice but lacked the features I was looking for. Other carts had nice features but were horrible to use and came with bad support. And finally after finding a cart with the features I liked with good support quickly discovered that it was very expensive to have. So discovering Ecommercetemplates was a joy. I have always had excellent support even when I have pushed the product to its limits. They have helped me do some very interesting things that I couldn't do in other cart software. And I especially like owning the software as opposed to paying huge monthly "rental" fees as most companies do. Very affordable as well.

I have been using an ecommerce template for 4 years now and have found it easy to use - from initial set up through to updates and general maintence. Before you choose the template you want you can play around with the 'demo store' it's a great interactive feature which helps to familiarise yourself with the layouts of both the storefronts and control panel. There are also loads of video tutorials which act as a step by step guide to go through all the main steps of setting up your site and enhancing your site. (I've used these many times when a written tutorial has gone over my head!) Once everything has been set up and your store is live, the support in place from Ecommerce Templates is excellent - the forums (which are just one click from your own admin control panel) offer advice for those just starting out (like I was!) through to the more seasoned pros. There are updates available on a regular basis too (again, accessed through your own control panel) Overall, Ecommerce templates gets a massive thumbs up from me - highly recommended!
