I have learned a lot from them. Always good help!

I have used Ecommerce Templates shopping cart software since 2007 when I first built my online store. I am not a professional website designer but the software and excellent support allowed me to get up and running very quickly. Over the years the shopping cart software has been regularly improved and updated to take advantage of the latest web developments and to remain compliant with all the latest SEO and security requirements etc.. Building my own online store with Ecommerce Templates has allowed me to constantly develop and improve my site with support when I need it and minimal initial and ongoing costs.

We have been using Ecommerce Templates now for well over 10 years and have found them to be the best (and we have tried a couple of others). The templates and admin area are easy to use and the support forum is excellent. I've recently had my website updated so that it is mobile friendly and Andy has done a brilliant job with it. I was a little reluctant to get it done as our site is not your normal run of the mill type site, but fair play to Andy, he was super quick in getting things done, helpful with suggestions in how to make it better and the transition over was so smooth! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending ECT to anyone and we shall certainly be continuing to use them.

I m a web developer andI have been with ECT for almost 10 years. The support team is quick to help and goes above and beyond always. The shopping cart is one I always recommend for its reliability, flexibility and support. Now that ECT also supports Wordpress, I don't know how any other software platform for Ecommerce can compete!

Ahimsa Dog Training has been using the ECT store for over a decade and we have consistently been pleased with their product and support. - software is reliable - support is incredible (timely and knowledgeable) Andy ROCKS! - great new features - easy to customize We tried WooCommerce and we were NOT impressed. Go with ECT you will be much happier. Wynona Karbo Owner of Ahimsa Dog Training

I am a web developer, and have been using ECT since 2006. That's over ten years of using ECT for every single one of my clients' eCommerce solutions. I have one client in particular, a dog training service, and with the help of the amazing ECT support staff, developed a custom database and hooked it in to the ECT code and database - and it's been running smoothly for over a decade. Not a single upgrade has failed. And the best thing about ECT, unlike some other "free" shopping carts out there, is that they stand behind their work - the forum gets questions answered usually within a day. And if you're in the United States and have any reservations about purchasing this software because they're in the UK - please don't. They are more accessible and available to answer questions than my next door neighbor. I don't know how they manage this without a staff of thousands, but they do. Any time I have been stuck, the technical staff and the forum members have been more than helpful. We have been using these templates for over 12 years and have been very happy.
