My Experience with the Team was Incredible! I left a comment about how trying to buy a bicycle for my daughter for her she wanted for her middle school promotion to High school with principal honors and a 4.0 GPA in a well known large corporate retail chain. My Daughter an I were embarrassed and feel we were discriminated against, While posting our story on Facebook, Where team member Oliver from Eclio reached out personally and gave us a human response by saying no one should have to go through that type of experience when buying anything especially a gift. So Oliver went back to his team and shared our horrible story with them and he got back to us with a few options of purchasing one of their E-Bikes. We weren't expecting anything but sympathy, but with the options and the fact we were on a strict budget , They made us a few affordable offers, which we were able to proceed with a purchase of an Eclio E-Bike from one of the options! 😀, We never thought we would be able to afford an e-bike but the humanity of Eclio Team gave us this wonderful opportunity in purchasing a high quality Eclio e-bike. My Daughter is so excited to start High School on her very own Eclio E-bike. First day of riding a local police officer stopped us and helped her with safety precautions like fitting her helmet and adjusting her seat, explaining. her the rules of city ordinance and accessories we need for her safety and safety of others . Bottom line Eclio gave us A Wonderful Opportunity for Transportation for my Daughter for years to come . Thank You Oliver for making this all possible. Package was delivered right on time. No problems so far

Awesome I got the eclio f02 had it a week now and have put 80 miles on it. It's so crazy comfortable I could believe it charge is long but whatever it's a big battery. I was able to do the unlock process but with city laws had to change it back. I emailed them and they got back the next day it was nice. But really I can't stress to you how much I love this bike I tested in grass, sand, dirt rock gravel. Never had one issue there was also a hill that's like pretty tall i went up in grass never broke speed. Way bigger than I thought thank God cuz I'm 6 foot fits me so perfectly. It has crusie control too. Awesome bike can't get enough of it.
