Bike is nice. Arrived early. It’s kinda slow but faster than a Blk $200 e-bike. My daughter ride along side me. My Bike says 29. My daughter says it’s 13 mph. So the bike kinda slow but it’s fast for an old older person I don’t see a difference in mode 1 23. I love my e-bike overall and the battery were recharged

It is a fantastic bike; I love it. Having the tools included for putting together the bike was great. I would definitely give it 5 stars if it weren't for the instruction manual. Luckily my husband is really handy & familiar with bicycles, so we were able to put it together fairly easily. Eclio needs to take a lesson from IKEA: list ALL the parts with labels; better photos; better use instructions. Again, great bike!

UPDATE: Customer Service did get back to me and help me resolve the issue. My bike arrive with a defective front wheel part. Customer service has been slow to respond. A phone number that doesn't have a full voice mail would be welcomed. And an auto response for your cs email stating how long it will take for someone to respond would also be welcomed. I am disappointed I'm unable to ride my bike. Going on day 4 with minimal resolution.
