Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with . They keep canceling my order for a backpack that is listed in stock and they give no reason for the cancellation. I finally got through to customer service and they said the mailing address on my credit card didn’t match up with the address of the credit card. Then how come the packing cubes I ordered with the backpack went through but not the backpack? Ridiculous. I will never buy anything from this company ever again.

I never received the bag. I sent 2 email inquiries and called their help desk. Zero results. Now have to reverse credit card charge. Ordered on 11/27, it is 12/20 with no response. Worst online experience.

The worst e-commerce experience I have had in years. I want to return a bag which came in very different than the description, and there is literally no way for me to do so. The online option isn't working as the bag is still showing as in transit according to their site even though it delivered weeks ago. There is no phone number to call. It says there is chat, but there is none. I have sent 3 or 4 messages and none have been returned. I have found a call center number via google search and it just never gets answer then hangs up after about 10 minutes. I can't believe this company is owned by Samsonite. eBags used to be great but stay away now. Worst ever

Ebags used to be a great company. And then, Samsonite purchased them. Terrible Customer Service. I have been trying to get a return label for 4 days. The website link for returns does not work. Customer Service phone number (not listed on their website), has long holds and has disconnected my call 2 x. I will never purchase anything from this company again. RIP Ebags.

Had two Ebags brand packing cubes with "lifetime" warranty that came apart at the seam. Barely used, but "due to the age of the items" the warranty was declined.

Zero stars if I could. Not stitched properly. Came apart. Numerous emails unanswered. Phone calls not returned. I spent $100 STAY AWAY!!!

I had to look up ebags on wiki to see if this company was owned by an overseas company for their pure lack of customer service. Unfortunately, they are US owned based out of Colorado...shame on you! By far the worst on going customer service issue. Nobody returns emails. I am trying to return something that i bought and it's been over a month with no reply back yet. All i want is to return the goods for a refund. Crazy how businesses these days get away with this. I have to assume they will be going out of business soon. If you can't take care of the customer....you're dead in the water. Worst company. Highly urge not to buy from here if you potentially will return/exchange it.

As has been stated, Samsonite killed ebags. I’m unsubscribing from their mail. What a disappointment. How unsportsmanlike.
