Full disclosure: I've not purchased anything from this company BUT clicked on an ad in Facebook and now am inundated DAILY with emails. I have 'unsubscribed' at least 50 times but they still keep coming. I have emailed, asking them to remove me from the list - no success. So now just on principal I will not deal with this company. I've relegated the emails to SPAM but it just irritates the heck out of me that I can't just get them to stop. Clicker beware!

Should be NO STARS. Total scam - DO NOT USE. Bought a bag thinking it was from Swiss based company and was sent a tiny card holder. Utter joke. I complained They then sent email saying have sent correct bag - nothing arrived - they then said sent another bag - nothing arrived - the number then said they refunded me but, guess what, no money arrived. Website now off line so hopefully no one else will be able to buy stuff from these b*****ds.

Scammers. $120 Rucksack bought from this site. I saw the domain was a swiss company and thought it ok then was sent a $5 wallet from China under the premise of a "mistake". I should have known better. THIS SITE IS NOW OFFLINE.

Absolutely unacceptable that they can call themselves a company. I ordered a bag from them which didn’t turn up at all baring in mind if ordered it especially for a holiday. I had to order a bag from a different website therefore costing me double. When I asked for a refund, ebag sent me numerous emails saying it will arrive soon before giving in and saying they’d send me another bag. I’d told them that I didn’t want another bag as I’d had to order one from elsewhere and that I wanted a refund. As you can probably guess, they refused and told me my new bag would be with me ‘in the next couple of days’. Over a month and a half later, still no sign and now they’re ignoring my emails. Do not use at any cost!!! Awful, awful company!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Tried to order a backpack to go traveling for over £50 and all I have received is a tiny plastic purse. I've tried to email them with a response using the email address online and nobody has got back to me. If anybody knows any numbers to get in touch with customer service I'd be grateful.

The only reason I gave this company one star is because there was no option for zero or negative stars. This has been the worst experience that i've had with an online retailer. I ordered a bag on Monday with the option for expedited 2 day shipping. On Thursday the item still had not shipped. The following Monday morning I sent an email to the customer service department stating that I would like the order canceled as a week had passed since I placed the order and it still hasn't left the warehouse. The representative acknowledged my email and stated that they would cancel the order if not already shipped. On Tuesday morning, I received a notification that the item had shipped. According to UPS the item was shipped @ 630pm which was a good 6.5 hours after I canceled the order. I unfortunately didn't read the reviews prior to making the purchase. I will not make that mistake again as there are a multitude of experiences that mirror mine. Do your self a favor and buy from someone like Amazon that makes service a priority.

I have clicked on unsubscribe 3 times on emails from Ebags. I have called, I on online chatted with Ebags asking to be removed. And yet! They still come.

"My wife bought a back pack from ebags for me for Christmas in late November. The stitching came apart the first time I used it in January. I called customer service, but they will offer no help after 30 days. I tried escalating to a manager but received the same message. Shoddy products, that they don't stand behind. I will never buy from them again and will let others know about the way they run their business."
