Don't believe the prices they advertise on their website. I tried to order a "Steal of the Week" and received a confirmation e-mail, a receipt and my CC was charged. The next day I got an e-mail saying the price was wrong and would not sell it to me for the price advertised. Don't bother with these scammers.

I apologize for the experience you'd had. Per our Terms of Use, "Please note that there may be certain orders that eBags is unable to accept and must cancel. eBags reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped (unless you are paying via your PayPal account, in which case you will be charged prior to your order being shipped). By way of example, some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by eBags' credit and fraud avoidance department." This information is also available in our Help Center.
