I literally have no idea how these folks stay in business. What a SHAM. Wrong stuff shipped, charging ME for the return, then agreed to issue me an eBags credit - I DON'T WANT A CREDIT TO THIS SCAM ARTIST COMPANY THAT I WILL NEVER BE USING AGAIN! Also paid for "2nd day air"... took over 10 days to get order! Demanded PayPal refund for this.

This is the weirdest company in business, took the money from my account never ship the item when i call them they said it was cancelled, no cancellation email, the employee do not hesitate to hang up on you not worth your money or your time, also i find out that they took money from my reward account.

I cancelled my order and even received confirmation from them that the order was cancelled but haven't received a refund to my debit card.

eBags does not bill an order until it ships. Since your order was cancelled and did not ship, there was no refund to issue. Any authorization obtained against your payment method prior to shipment will automatically drop off. Please note this automatically occurs with most banks within 3-5 days, however some banks, as well as prepaid cards may take longer.

I should had read the reviews before buying with them. I bought a bag for a trip after they charge me and couple day after they decided to send an email, advising that the bag was now out of stuck. No inventory control + Bag still showing available in the website. would not be visiting this site again.

Bought bag and ripped on first use but since is was more than 30 days since the order (about 45 days), they will not accept a return and are making me deal with manufacturer. Recommend you deal with local or on-line vendors who will stand behind the products they sell and not refuse to take back a defective product. Should have just bought from Amazon.

I placed an order with ebags 12 days ago and the item, which was shown as in stock, has still not shipped, and the company can still not give me an update of when it will ship. Because it has taken so long, I contacted them to cancel the order, and despite three calls to customer service in the last three days, ebags has still yet to be able to confirm whether the order can be canceled. To have this level of ineptitude from an online retailer in this day and age is appalling. I obviously will never be buying from them again and will tell anyone I can find to never use ebags.

Dont buy here they just want your money bought an 28' roller bag for over $100 and received a fanny pack they were more worried about the return of a fanny pack then getting me the right item now they want their bag back before I can get a refund. Oh and they could have fixed their mistake be decided they did not want to pay the shipping to get it here in time. Dont buy here

Order an item that it promises will arrive in 5 days. On the 6th day, it still has not even shipped. 3 contacts into customer service. No one promises to expedite or even upgrade shipping. They don't even know when or if it will ship. I order it from Amazon that day. 3 minutes later I get an email with a shipping tracking number. Ok. That's an easy choice. Do not order ebags unless you want to waste your time waiting, waiting, waiting. If you want it in 2 days, Amazon.
