I would recommend ebags...delivery is fast..If there is a problem, one of my recent bags had an inside zipper not properly sewn into the leather, so I e-mailed them...They immediately sent out a replacement along with a postage paid return shipping label, to return the damaged bag with. This is the WAY TO DO BUSINESS & KEEP CUSTOMERS HAPPY. I appreciate sales & their prices seem to be very competitive..I am always shopping for sale items with great value...Keep up the superior customer service.

Everything was good except for the instructions on how to open the bag. There iis lots of documentation on how to set the combination lock -- but absolutely no word anywhere on how to actually open the bag. The need to slide the TSA lock to the right is nowhere mentioned. I had to bother your nice online folks, who were helpful in an automated sort of way. But you could save yourself some overhead with one sentence that says, "Slide the TSA button to the right to open." Nice bag!!

It's nice but too small

Two things keep me from giving this company the full five stars. One, discounts I've been told I've earned based on previous purchases are ignored if I try to buy an item with any kind of special benefit attached to it. So if an item has free shipping and my stated discount is worth more the system forces me to take free shipping instead of allowing me to decline free shipping in preference for the discount I thought I had. Two, I've bought several pieces of luggage from this company so obviously I think highly of it and have been pleased with the items I keep us well as with the feedback from those to whom I have given one of these items as a gift. I stress that this is the norm. The most recent piece I bought, however, must be made of the cheapest canvas like material in the world. It attracts every piece of dirt or dust in sight and is impossible to clean. Though it was low priced the lack of quality truly reflects it.

By definition, buying online involves some guessing. I love the bag I bought although it feels a little bigger and heavier than I imagined. Otherwise it's a great looking and well designed bag. Love the outside compartments where I can organize things and don't have to fish around to find them. I would definitely order from eBags again!

All good; it's lightweight and I'll keep it for carry-on and weekend trips. I was surprised part of the handle takes up space in the bag itself. It took a minute to figure out that button to release the handle had to be pressed twice to fully lower it back into the bag. I would recommend the bag and it's priced right, too.
