This online distributer should get zero stars. I was travelling and then we had a death in the family, so I missed the 30 day return window. Customer service said that if I mailed the return to ebags the items would be "discarded" and I would not get a refund. Well... I have been a customer for over 10 years. That stops today.

I have unsubscribed from marketing emails 50 times and still get multiple emails daily. Clearly a CANSPAM violation and will have to report this company if it does not stop.

Think twice before buying anything from eBags or beware if you receive a gift someone has purchased from eBags. My wife purchased a "Locker Bag" from them that is advertised to fit a standard gym locker. As this was a gift, it was purchased several weeks in advance of my receiving it. I wanted to make sure it would actually fit in the locker at my gym, which based on my experience is a standard a locker, so I took it to the gym (unused) only to find out that it didn't fit no matter how it was oriented. I called eBags for a return authorization and was told that the bag was purchased more than 30 days prior and as per their policy couldn't be returned. I explained that as it was a gift it was purchased several weeks before I received it and that I was returning it because it didn't fit my gym locker as advertised. She said their return policy was as stated regardless if it was a gift or not and that the dimensions were listed on the web site. I asked if that meant my wife was supposed to go into the men's locker room and measure the locker before purchasing and she said that although she agreed that wasn't feasible there was nothing she could do which meant I was stuck with an unusable gym bag. All I wanted to do was return an unused bag and purchase another that I could actually use (which I didn't think was unreasonable) but the customer service rep wouldn't do anything for me. I'm a former customer but will never purchase from them again. Also, as stated by other reviewers, once you buy from them your are bombarded with e-mails daily and trying to unsubscribe does no good.

I paid 25.90 for 2 day shipping and my order did not arrive. I emailed them twice and they send me the same email that doesnt even address the late arrival. Last time i order from ebags and will not order from them again.

Purchased a carry on bag on Sunday (3/3) to be delivered on Wednesday (3/6) for an upcoming trip leaving on Friday. I received an email on Tuesday (3/5) stating that the bag I ordered and paid for was out of stock. They even started the email with "Hello Valued Customer". Ebags is selling merchandise that they don't have! Very disappointed to say the least. I can not and will not ever deal with them ever again, and will let others know about my experience as well. Lesson learned I'll purchase my luggage locally or via Amazon. At least Amazon wouldn't have sold something they didn't have and if they did, they always put the customer first and make compensation for the inconvenience.

They falsely claim that an item is shipped. Item is supposed to be 2 days, ordered on Wednesday, it took them until Friday to create a label, and then on Saturday, their website says it is shipped and will be delivered on Saturday, but UPS does not yet have the package. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

BEWARE RED FLAGS HERE🔊. I purchase a bag I really wanted that was the biggest in length I could find in many years so I put the bag through checkout on Quad pay which is charged into in 4 payments every two weeks, well I received the Sachel purse *BROKEN* *DEFECTIVE* the silver rings on one side of the purse that would have surrounded the HOLE that held the straps were *OFF* on BOTH SIDES and *IMPOSSIBLE TO FIX* I called and had to *PAY* UPS a $10.50 PICK UP FEE since the only UPS Store close to us had CLOSED down and I don't drive. NOW IM OUT THE $10.00 SHIPPING CHARGES AND THERE IS STILL A $80.18 CHARGE THAT WASNT RETURNED FROM QUAD PAY WHICH EBAG USES AS MEANS OF PAYMENTS AS OF YET!! AND QUAD OAP HAS *NO* PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY EMAILS WHICH IS VERY INCONVENIENT. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ANYWHERE!!! UPDATE I CALLED AND GOT THE SAME MAN I HAD SPOKE TO LAST BEGORE RETURNING THE BIG PURSE. THAT REPRESENTATIVE JUST STARTED AN ARGUMENT WITH ME THE CUSTOMER WHO L0ST $10.00 IN THE SHIPPING OF THE DAMAGED DEFECTIVE PURSE THEY HADSENT PLUS ANOTHER $10.50 UPS CHARGED MY CARD FOR PICKUP. HE GOT ALL DEFENSIVE STATING THAT HE IS " NOT" GOING TO GIVE ME, #10.00 BECAUSE THEY SEND ME A PREPAID LABLE TO SEND THE PURSE BACK, I SAID YES BUT THAT'S BECAUSE YOU SENT A DEFECTIVE BROKEN PURSE THAT'S NOT MY FAULT! I SIMPLY ASKED FOR FREE SHIPPING IN MY NEXT PURCHASE BUT SINCE HE WONT LISTEN TO THE "TRUTH" I WILL BE SPEAKING TO A SUPERVISOR NEXT TIME OR WONT BE DOING ANY BUSINESS AT ALL WITH THEM IM OUT $20.50 BECAUSE OF THEM SENDING ME AN UNUSABLE BAG!!!!! RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS.

Horrible company. I thought it was a law that companies had to make an "unsubscribe" option available on their website and honor it. eBags has the link, but totally ignores all requests. Further, they spam my inbox more than once a day and have never stopped, months after I bought one small item from them. Others have the same complaint. Never never give this crooked company your email. Buy somewhere else, even if it costs more.
