I have purchased two bags from eBags and have been completely satisfied with them both. One of the bags was from well known manufacturer Osprey and the other was an eBags house brand suitcase. Both bags are high quality. I was surprised on the construction of the TLS bag from eBags. It was extremely well-built. When I ordered the Osprey bag, UPS completely screwed up the shipping and eBags was nice enough to refund the additional amount of my shipping costs because I paid extra to have it sent via 2nd day air. Overall, I highly recommend buying from eBags. They have excellent prices and great customer service.
