The hair was good but string Too long
The hair was good. The problem was the string in the middle was too long. I never got crochet hair before and thought it was normal but my hair installer said this must have been a defective batch. It was almost 3 to 4 inches long. The suggested packs for a full head was 3 to four I got 4 packs and it was not enough. I ordered more hair and this time it took much longer to receive but finally received. This pack had a normal sized string in the middle so it was a big difference from the first order received. I will not be able to reuse the first order because the strings are tooooooo long. My installer did the best she could to hide the string but it shows still 2 inches of the string when installed. So guess I got a defective batch which sucks because I really liked the quality of the actual hair. Would have given more stars if the string wasn't defective and the wait time for second order didn't take so long.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the unusually long strings in your first order, as well as the delay in receiving your second shipment. This is certainly not the experience we want you to have. We appreciate you letting us know about the defective batch — this helps us improve our quality control. We’re glad the second order arrived with normal-sized strings and met your expectations in terms of hair quality.

Hair was just as pictured/described
Hair was just as pictured/described. Very soft and beautiful. The hair did have a smell like most wigs and bundles but it was not too bad. Be aware that it does not come with a crochet tool like seen in influencer videos. You will have to buy your own. Overall, I love the hair and would definitely buy again.
