I started wearing the human crochet hair and I was very pleased with their feather tip options. I have purchased hair from them 3 or 4 times. Once, I was a bit disappointed in their product, because it differed from what I thought I was getting, but overall, I am satisfied with their products and service. Their customer service was very helpful and accommodating.
