The order came within 10 days and I loved the feel, the color,(1b) and the clean smell of the hair, but I had a HUGE problem with customer service, or the lack thereof and this kills my desire to ever do business with Rayon ever again.
Response from Eayon HairApr 22, 2024
Hello friend, I'm very confused. We have always tried to help you. We have not found your second order. We can only solve it by contacting the bank, or you can send me your second order. You didn’t even give me a screenshot of the order, so you suddenly gave me a bad review, which made me sad.
