It took almost a month for my order to arrive. They sent the wrong curl and wrong length. Once I contacted them and told them I received the incorrect product they told me “ I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Our French Curls is Body Wave. Don't worry, it is the same as the picture.” And it’s completely different. Different texture, different length. They just didn’t care after I spent almost $400 getting these locs. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else.

It came sooner than expected. I bought this for micro twists for vacation coming up. The beautician loved the hair so much she's purchasing it for herself! My only gripe is the straight pieces above the bundle banding. With my next order I will get a longer length and cut the blunt ends off before the install. The hair is super soft. No smell. No tangles. I got a lot of compliments in the salon even before my hair was done! Get the hair...you won't be disappointed. It was exactly the hair/style I was looking for. I got 3 bundles and used 1.5. Hmmm...now what should I try next!!?!!!

The hair is in a ball. It honestly gives that it is synthetic or at least a blend. Probably won’t be purchasing again. My experience with the company is definitely a 10/10 though (i must add). I told them I needed the hair by a certain date and they were sure to get it to me on time.
