Dear Yliana, Thank you for your feedback. We truly regret to hear about your experience with our product and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered. Regarding your concern about the review, we want to assure you that we do not alter customer reviews in any way. We encourage all of our customers to provide honest feedback, and we take that feedback very seriously as it helps us improve our products and services. We are also sorry to hear that the color and quality of the hair did not meet your expectations. The ombre color may sometimes appear differently due to lighting or screen settings, but we appreciate your insight and will look into this further to ensure product consistency. As for the tangling, we understand how frustrating this can be, especially after following a strict hair care routine. We are constantly working to improve the quality of our products, and we appreciate your honest review as it helps us do better. We would love to resolve this issue with you. Please reach out to our customer service team so we can assist you further with either a refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure that you have a positive experience with Eayon Hair. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
