Dear Customer, thank you so much for your honest and detailed feedback! We're glad to hear your hair arrived within a week, and that you’re satisfied with the softness and minimal tangling after washing. We appreciate you pointing out your concerns about bundle thickness and the cotton threads. Your experience helps us as we strive to improve our products—transparency about these details is important to us. We’re sorry to hear there isn’t an easy way to upload your photos—your input is valuable! If you’d like, you can email your pictures and feedback to our customer service team, and we’ll make sure your review is shared internally and with our quality team. Thank you again for helping us get better, and please let us know if there’s anything more we can do for you.
