My overall purchase experience
They have great quality hair. I do not like the shipping time. I ordered clip-ins. I do not like the clips. They don't stay clamped down.

FIRST TIME
I have not installed the hair, However I am pleased so far with the shipment (FED EX) and quality look and feel of the crochet hair I purchased. I received it within 9 days. I want to add I was VERY annoyed with welcome code which promised I could use towards my 200.00 order yet it wouldn’t apply and I was told it’s not for the wholesale site. I click the code and it took me to the website to make my purchase. This was not a wholesale or bulk order. Anyway! Thank you for not using US MAIL and being prompt with my order and fast response to my concerns via email.

I purchased some bulk extensions
I purchased some bulk extensions. The delivery was quick. Customer service was amazing warm and helpful. Very professional. The hair is very good, soft full and true to length. Definitely a good buy.

This hair was buttery soft and light.
This was so soft and lightweight, even the braider commented and kept going "oooh, ahhhh"
