So far not sure on my experience do to…
So far not sure on my experience do to the fact it's taking weeks to receive my product. This is my first purchase so I don't know how the product will be, but the shipping process could be a little faster.

When I opened the hair
When I opened the hair, all of the center pieces were about 1-inch in length. Since the policy is you can't get a refund once the package is opened, I am out a couple of hundred dollars. How can one know if the item is defective unless the package is opened?

While our standard policy restricts refunds for opened packages, we do make exceptions in cases where the product is clearly defective or significantly different from what was described. In your situation, we want to help: please send us clear photos of the hair you received, showing the 1-inch center pieces. Once we receive your photos and verify the issue, we will promptly review your case for a possible refund or replacement, even though the package was opened. Our aim is to resolve this for you and ensure you aren’t left out of pocket for a product issue outside your control.

I emailed you 3 times that the color…
I emailed you 3 times that the color was wrong never received an email back and I have not received my order terrible customer service

I absolutely love the hair
I absolutely love the hair. It is just.like my own but with age I have lost the thickness. I am in love I have received so many compliments. The texture and softbess is amazing.I will be ordering more. 💙

1st time buyer
Quick delivery of product although I never received a notification that the product was being shipped or when to expect the delivery. I did however receive an email the day that it was to be delivered. The product length is extremely shorter than expected. I purchased 18” deep wavy human crochet hair and it looks more like 14”. Although I have not installed the hair yet, it does look and feel like a good quality of hair.

As for the length, please note that curly and wavy hair is measured when fully stretched straight. Due to the deep wave texture, the hair may appear shorter before installation. You can try gently pulling a strand straight and using a ruler or tape measure to check the true length. Great hair, I have wash so many times and swim with it for summer and it so light and soft.
